Excellent Tello is fantastic! Switched the whole family 6 months ago and now save $100+/month. Custom plans are perfect, coverage on T-Mobile’s network is excellent, data rolls over, no hidden fees, and support is fast and helpful. Best value in mobile, hands down. Highly recommend!

Good morning: I had the outstanding privilege of working with Sorin this morning on a few complicated issues including international travel with Tello and a black Friday promotion. I have been a customer with tello (and have other members of family from the very beginning of 2016, when TELLO started). I have stayed with Tello because of your EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Every single time I have a small issue, my service is promt, accurate and outstanding, and I wanted to let you know that Sorin (Michael) was no short of this exemplary service today! In a time where I cannot get good service elsewhere, I am so glad I have a company like TELLO that treats it’s customers with respect. An elegant solution.

This has been my perfect phone service solution. I've bounced from one affordable provider to the next (think Republic Wireless, Mint and the like) and had problems with each of them, like random coverage loss in covered areas, not getting 50% of the calls dialed to me (while I was job searching, mind you!) and would need to switch, but I refused to bleed out my wallet for a high price plan. I've been on Tello for a few years with ZERO issues. It's truly a "set it and forget it" type of thing. I kept my same phone I had used with other providers when I switched to Tello and the issues stopped. I can't remember the last time I logged in to the Tello website, because I don't have to. I can count on my service working 24 hours a day without lifting a finger. Thank you Tello! You're doing the small, meaningful things right that other providers can't seem to grasp.
