Excellent service
Excellent reliable service that is unlimited inside the United States at the lowest price. My only minor complaint is that I deleted their message giving me the code for text messages, so I can neither read received ones or send them. It's not worth the loss of a star, but still annoying.

Tello is on a League of its Own
I was with Tello for a few years, but because my ISP was offering a cheaper rate if I bundled my internet and mobile, I left Tello for Spectrum. After having twisted my arm to move my mobile to Spectrum, they are now raising the price on both my internet and mobile services, so I am giddily moving back to Tello. I signed up with them on 9/13/25. What I am most happy with Tello is that they have an email through which you can communicate with them and it is marvelous how they reply so quickly and efficiently. Many corporations these days will not let you communicate with them via email and they make you wait for hours on the phone before they reply. It is total madness. They want your money, but they give you the least possible amount of customer service. Tello is on a league of its own. It's customer service is amazing. I have trouble hearing now as I am old and texting is also a challenge for me. I like communicating via email because I have a 75 inch computer screen, and I can see everything well. I can't say enough good things about Tello. Their plans and prices are good. Their website is very user friendly. They seem to delight in their customers' satisfaction instead of their customers' aggravation. I doubt any other organization can make that claim. Sometimes I have trouble with my phone's reception, but I have that problem with Spectrum as well, both mobile and internet (often in repair). I wish Tello would start an internet service. I would be the first to sign up, especially if they continue with the same quality service. And yes, Trustpilot, I am not paid to say any of these things. This is based on my real experience with Tello. I just wrote a blistering review about Home Depot posting product reviews from people given some sort of promotions. How honest could those reviews be? Maybe honesty is going out of style.

My wife and I have Tello as our…
My wife and I have Tello as our provider. We both have I-phones and don’t require a lot of data each month. Using our home WiFi saves us a lot of data usage. Tello has a 2gb plan that suits our needs with the option of purchasing more if needed. We haven’t had any problems connecting or being cut off. In one of our trips, we did have trouble connecting in a mountainous region, but that seems to be normal. We do recommend Tello if you feel you have similar needs as ours.

Why isn't EVERYONE using Tello?
Same exact cell service as I had with the major carrier, but for 1/4 or less of the price. I LOVE TELLO! Best and most knowledgable customer service in the universe!

Great, cheap phone option
It is very easy to activate a new plan and the service is great. Love the options given for how many minutes and data you want and can change easily if needs to. T-Mobile network is used for Tello and it works great for me. Price is amazing, have not found cheaper if you don't need unlimited everything.

They go the extra mile to troubleshoot promptly
Live customer service has been faded out so its email only but the agent assisting me by email provided me with a ph# extension to be assisted by a live agent who really got down to the problem and was able to figure out that it was the LG phone I was using not a defective sim. LG co. has been shut down for about a year now though there phones are still being sold in stores, through carriers & online.I happened to still have an Iphone 7 that was given to me but never used as I was always used to Android but agent Luis L. was so helpful and efficient walking me through and it was ready in no time for full use and I am ever so greatful. Tello has wonderful customer service.

High quality service for voice/text and data. I like to be able to change my data cap up and down according to use, and Tello lets me do this easily, on the fly. They have an excellent web site that is simple and straightforward. I wish my data use could be monitored more up-to-the-minute (it updates "within 24h") but this is a minor issue and I figure it has to do with technical limitations that are beyond Tello's control. 5 stars overall, highly recommended.

Amazingly smooth process and Transfer of Phones
The phone arrived quickly, and the changeover from my older Moto G was almost automatic. It transferred everything and reinstalled all of my programs. You just need to have both phones logged into the same router. I turned them off and moved the SIM card from one to the other. You just sign into Google at some point. The hardest part in the process is getting signed in to all of the websites you've used. I'm pretty happy about it. I wait a long time between phones. So this one is faster as well, which is nice. And the old one was full, and I went from 32 to 128 GB of RAM. So no worries, I'm a happy camper.

Real help from a real person is just a phone call away.
After stopping my service for 4 months, I wanted to restore my service plan but didn't know how. I called the Tello contact number and after a brief wait was greeted by Fernanda in the most friendly manner. She took me through the process on the web site and in minutes the task was done.

It was very easy!
It was very easy. I initially wanted to buy it in small payments for added convenience; however, to do that would meant opening another account with somebody else if I were to break it down into smaller payments, so I just bought it at the full price to avoid further complications. Would've been better to just have Tello deduct more from my account monthly, but still super easy & really good!

Works abroad.
I switched to Tello because I was leaving with 2 USA phones that didn't want to lose. My previous company told me I could after a while of roaming. When I arrived I needed it in the airport but it didn't work for a few hours. It's kind of complicated to me to understand the way my plans worked to get either internet, or the calls or the messages. Now I got the unlimited plan for both numbers and I hope is working with no more maneuvers. Customer service is excellent so I would advise somebody in my situation to do the same.

Tello support and service
This company is one of the few of its kind. They respond to emails in about 30 minutes no matter what time it is and they understand when mistakes are made so they compensate, they don't try to steal people's money. Their services are also very satisfactory at a low cost and have a lot of benefits. In Greece the cost for such benefits is three times higher. I would highly recommend Tello, with its greatest advantage as I said, immediate service. * This is the second time in my life giving a 5-star review for a company

The entire call went flawlessly. I had the opportunity to speak with 2 great agents. Both were very knowledgeable in their trade. Both were beyond fantastic! Both granted great patience dealing with an old man. I can be slow at technology sometimes. Not a single moment did I feel rushed. Not a single moment did either display aggravation when I asked them to repeat their instructions, however, their instructions were both clear and concise, it was me not understanding or getting lost on the phone screens. I have been with Tello right at 5 years. This was the VERY FIRST time I ever had to call and it ended up being an iPhone issue. Tello is nothing short of spectacular!!

After being a customer with Tello for a year now, I can say I'm very happy not only with the phone service itself, but also with the excellent customer service they offer (both in English and also in Spanish, 24/7). Their HUMAN representatives are not only nice and friendly but also very attentive to their customers. Especially, the last representative I talked to a few days ago (her name was Julia) was very professional and supportive. What a difference from working with other major phone companies! I also use the feature that allows me to call my family abroad at no extra cost, and the phone service within the US has been working great as of today as well. I also recently switched my wife's phone number to Tello, and the experience has been simple and easy. I hope this service -and the rates they offer- will continue offering the same level of quality in the future.

Inexpensive flexible plans
Inexpensive many flexible plans, no price hikes, no contracts, change plans easily, carry over data if you renew early. My only gripe is I prefer Verizon over T-Mobile. Because T-Mobiles coverage in rural areas I think is a little spotty compared to Verizon.

I’d say I’ve been a customer for approximately a year. Never had an issue unlike Visible and US Mobile. Visible was the worst experience when I first tried them. Data issues such as no service/internet issues and getting ahold of customer service taking 3/4 hours when I had that issue along with a lot of lengthy back and forth. I think they have fixed it since then. I’ve had a service/data issue with US Mobile before that went in for a few weeks but at least you can chat with them and get them on the phone if need be they’ll call you. Google Fi. You can request a call back. Tello never had to contact them for anything and the data is sufficient enough I can usually play Apple Music as much as I want for the whole month and I do a lot of driving as Truck driver some times I run out with 10 day or less left on my cycle when I’m streaming music and YouTube
