Tello Staff - They Just Help
Wow Factor! Over a few days, Alison Claros, and other fantastic Tello staff worked to track down what I did to confuse myself ( and them a bit). The short story. I bought a sim, installed - it got a number - and at the same time ported ( err, moved) my old number to them. Somehow, I set my ported number up to be an esim - and worse - used my library email. OMG... What did they do? Well, patiently tracked down my convoluted path and got me connected ( ha!) with my number . I was ready to give up, they said we'll help. They did. Yes, wow Factor.

I'm really happy with Julia She the goat
I'm really happy with Julia She Answered all my questions and help me change my due date as requested. She was quick and provided all the necessary answers and help me log into the mobile app as well. I had no idea that for the mobile app you need a 1-time code instead of the main password use only for the website even though is stated at the bottom. Plus, she did not ask for a Survey I asked her to send the survey because of how many answers she gave me and how patient she was. Additionally, she shows me how to use the chat and tells me is only available when the lines are congested.

Luciana was so helpful courteous. I was having a lot of issues with my previous carrier trying to port into Tello. She listened patiently, reached out to higher level management. She really went above and beyond to make sure she was able to resolve all my concerns (which stemmed from my previous carrier). I was so impressed that I asked her how I can give feedback because she deserves to be recognized. I would recommend Tello because from the smaller companies which offer affordable plans, Tello stands out for customer service.

As a current customer, I feel that the service per dollar spent is exceptional. In this marketplace, the big three are still charging in some cases $40 or more for monthly service with data. TELLO is delivering the SAME phone/data access for a fraction of the price.

They tried everything they could on their end and it showed they actually care about their customers, they would reply to my email within 15 minutes or less, and the issue wasn't even on their side, it had to do with the iOS I was running at the time, Tello is awesome and affordable. I am generally happy with Tello for my mobile phone service. The price is 5 STARS easily. The coverage is an average 3 STARS. Living in a small city, the coverage is fine. Traveling along the interstate system is fine. But outside of cities and the major travel routes, the coverage is less than desired. Data is 3 STARS. I rarely use my allotted data usage from month to month. But this last month (NOV 2025) while on an extended road trip, I ran out of data with only 1-2 days left before my auto renewal. It would be nice if Tello banked at least some of the unused data from past months.

Tello Inexpensive and Reliable
I was testing the service because you never know what kind of cell tower strength you're going to get or if there will be dropped calls and such. I used it for two months and was pleased. What I love about Tello is that you're not locked in past 30 days. Everything was handled with ease. I got an e-sim card that worked immediately. I will use them again.

Data is horrible. I was within 100 feet of a tower and it could not load a 144p youtube video. Super slow no matter where you are. It's cheap tho ig. However customers service is incredible as well as great price.

Good service generally. Drops calls less than AT&T and costs 1/3 as much. Customer service is nice. Not always technically knowledgeable and it can be slow going to wait for them to figure out technical issues, but they do try and genuinely want to help. Would recommend overall.

My family been using tello for a while now never any complaints, I took advantage of the $15 per month unlimited data offer for 12 months and upgraded all 3 lines, which is great because I didn't have to pay a whole year in advance like I do with mint therefore I plan to switch over to tello as well. A deal breaker for all that id recommend

Tello's customer support is over the top outstanding!
I have a Pay-As-You-Go account. I have it set to auto recharge with $10 when my balance drops below $2.00. Recently I used up my balance but my account didn't auto recharge leaving me with a balance of $0 and the inability to make or accept calls or texts. I contacted Tello support who responded quickly. They investigated and found that my account did not auto recharge because my payment method credit card had expired. It was great detective work for them to zero in on the problem so fast. They gave me detailed steps on updating my payment method credit card and also on checking some settings, which turned out to be very important because some settings had changed, probably because my balance went to zero. They fixed my account so I was able to auto recharge and now everything is good. The problem was entirely my fault for not keeping my payment method credit card up to date but instead of blaming me, Tello support handled my issue with grace, professionalism, kindness, and expertise. It is rare to experience such outstanding support now a days so great job by Tello!

Helpful customer service
I called Tello customer service for advice on how to manage a feature of my plan. The call agent was courteous, patient, kind, and very helpful. She also informed me that Tello customer service is available 24/7, 365 days a year. What's more, I didn't have to wait long in a calling queue to get my call answered. Low cost and great customer service make Tello a great company, on top of their actual great product-- which is excellent call clarity and terrific signal coverage which equals that of their much pricier competitors (whose customer service is lacking).

I can't believe everybody doesn't have tello . There's no contract ,the service is great customer service is awesome and no better deal out there . 25$ unlimited talk text and data . What do you have to loose you can keep your number and you can keep your phone so what are you waiting for ? I've never had any problems with signal no matter where I've been . An elegant solution.
This has been my perfect phone service solution. I've bounced from one affordable provider to the next (think Republic Wireless, Mint and the like) and had problems with each of them, like random coverage loss in covered areas, not getting 50% of the calls dialed to me (while I was job searching, mind you!) and would need to switch, but I refused to bleed out my wallet for a high price plan. I've been on Tello for a few years with ZERO issues. It's truly a "set it and forget it" type of thing. I kept my same phone I had used with other providers when I switched to Tello and the issues stopped. I can't remember the last time I logged in to the Tello website, because I don't have to. I can count on my service working 24 hours a day without lifting a finger. Thank you Tello! You're doing the small, meaningful things right that other providers can't seem to grasp.
