I have used Tello off and on when I am in the US (live abroad), and I have always appreciated their prices. Recently I had to contact customer service and they responded quickly and fixed the issue (my mistake). To find a company that offers a competitive price, but still offer good customer service is rare these days, this is one such company.

Have had tellow for over a yearI have had very good coverage everywhere and I live very rural they run on most T-Mobile networks so we're fairly covered it's very affordable and if I know I'm going to need more data it's very easy to just upgrade my plan but make sure you do it right around your payment date

To me, Tello is God's Gift to the USA. Every day, I hope that everyone in America will discover Tello and switch to it. Tello is Honesty, Generosity (NOT greedy as all others), Great Service, Great Support, Always available and easy to get Customer Service 24/7 without having to go through long prompts and having to wait for long periods of time to talk to someone. Right now I had an example of that when calling regarding an issue that was my fault. Immediately, Julia Infante answered and was as wonderful as all of the other Tello Agents I spoke with in the past. Absolutely no issues with language/heavy accents that create bad communication as with other companies, very well-mannered, extremely helpful, quick, knowledgeable, supportive and kind.

I've always had good experiences with Tello customer service representatives. Some better than others, of course. But, today it was Julia who was simply fantastic! I had trouble porting back over to Tello. Another rep said my phone was locked (it wasn't). Julia handled this worn-out customer with deft patience, attention, clear direction, and tenacity! She is A++. Do show her that you recognize her for these valued attributes when her next review is due, and reward her with a generous wage increase sooner rather than later. Thank you. Cheap plans that are as good as T-Mobile and better than AT&T.

The fact that I found Tello after a series of disasters with so many other institutions that claimed to offer adequate service, Tello tops them all because they have given me truly superior service ever since I began with them. I can and will always give them the highest praise!

Low rate, no disruption in service and friendly customer service

As someone who works overseas, Tello has been a Godsend to me. I can get text messages for two factor authentication, make calls from anywhere through the Tello app, and have data ready to go whenever I'm back in the USA; all for a very reasonable price.

I'm very impressed with Tello's determination to keep its customer base. They have now twice increased the number of Gigs on the unlimited account while keeping their rate at the same level. I have not found any other service provider who goes out of their way to make it worth their business.

Tello s perfect for people like me. I really don't like or use cell phones, but I live in the country so having a phone in case of emergency is important to me. Tello is by far the least expensive way to have a cell phone for those rare instances I need one. Tello is cheap, reliable, and completely pay-as-you-go.

price is wonderful, connection is good and I don't have to call your company for any help and complains. you are very good, so I don't have to ask help, and satisfying connection, so don't need to complain (so far - many companies were good in the beginning and the they were very bad when I use them such as Verizon, AT & T and T-mobile). I don't want to keep change my phone service carrier.

I have been a customer for since July of 2022, and I have enjoyed every minute with the Company. Never have had any issue with service and Chatting with Customer Service about questions I had, was always Friendly and thorough in the answers given. I have a BBQ Business, which is seasonal, wanted to go Virtual, bought an unlocked Hotspot, that didn't have phone or texting capabilities, but tried Tello anyway, just purchased Data, works Great! Best Economical phone service I have found!

I was in the process of activating my eSIM on my SHARP Aquos phone that I brought back from Taiwan. I went through the process of trying to scan the QR code from the website but the eSIM wasn't registering on my Aquos phone. I call Tello Support and the Customer Support Rep (CSR) was very kind and professional. She was able guide me and explain why my Aquos phone isn't compatible in N. America. As a result of that, I told her maybe I should buy a new phone. She suggested looking at Tello's website with the list of phones. I wanted a phone with dual SIMs. I asked about the Pixel 7 and iPhone 11 (that I both already owned), and I didn't know both phones have a 2nd SIM spot. Without having to buy a new phone, I was able to utilize my existing phone. The CSR was able to guide me through the process of activating my eSIM on my Pixel 7 or iPhone11. She knew where to navigate in the settings menu structure for both devices. I finally chose to install it on the Pixel 7 because I'm planning to replace iPhone11. The CSR was very patient and resourceful in guiding me to all the way to activating, testing a call, and sending a text message. I'm glad I don't have to buy a new phone, and was able to utilize my existing phone. I'm really happy with the CSR who handled my case, she did a wonderful job.

Renew you plan yourself on the day before it will renew automatically and you will take over your unused data/min/sms. Mark it in your calander.

Julia is quite skilled at answering technical questions. It took just a few minutes to transfer the Tello service and answer questions for installing as E-sim. Very friendly attitude. It was one of the better experiences compared to the technical assistance of my other providers across all types of services. Also, those other providers like VPN, anti-virus, etc. limit communication to chat and e-mail. A phone call saves me so much time and aggravation. Thank you Tello for this option.

with unlimited data (35G data then 2G speed) and unlimited call/msg, and Such low,cheap price... and fast, friendly call center service. Very good.

Normally I only need a 2 gig subscription when I am home, because I am using wifi. But when I am about to start a trip, and I want to be sure I have mobile data, so I need to sign up for 5 or 10 gig. If I renew, I lose whatever balance I already paid for. Tello should roll the unused portion into my new plan. I would be ok witha limit on rollover balances, say 2 gig or 5 gig, but having rolloverst would go a long way toward improving customer satisfaction.

Tello is the cheapest, most flexible plan for people, with only 1 month purchases. It is probably the cheapest for all people, and especially good for people who don't need unlimited data or minutes. The service is reliable.

I've been with Tello before in the past and then eventually moved to Other carriers, only to return. My mom is even on Tello because its affordable and you buy what you need and what you could afford. There's few other carriers similar to Tello and I checked them out but Tello really is Truly Affordable, with less stress.

Tello does what it says and continues to deliver great service. I don't even bother comparing other companies anymore.

The unlimited plan started at 20GB, then increased to 35GB and today I got an absolute happy surprise that they increased it to 50GB that's by far more than double than any best offer you can get at this price and I did not even had to ask or complain.
