It got lost in the mail so I contacted Tello customer service to cancel that line. They did so immediately and refunded my money with no issue. I've been using Tello for many years now, and I've always found the service / coverage to be as good or better than any others I've used. The best thing, however, is how easy everything is to do online. You don't have to call an agent to get port out details, for example, which is a breath of fresh air. Try that some places and you're on the phone with a foreign call center for 15 minutes.

I’ve been using Tello now for about 6 months and it’s been smooth sailing so far. Sometimes there seems to not be cellular data, when web pages and apps stalls, but could be the location gets a weak signal. Calling Cust Service is easy, quickly responded with support in a caring and professional way. Let’s not forget the great prices in the building of your own personal plan accordingly to individual needs.

This service is absolutely fantastic! We used to be with T-Mobile for years, but we switched over to Tello for a better price, and the signal quality is just as good as T-Mobile's. My family has been using Tello for a few years now. Tello provides a great service with great price with no hidden fees or surprises. I also love the free international call service as my dad who doesn’t always have his smart phone on lives overseas, and I can call his land line anytime. The customer service has been great, being able to talk to a real person if you need to. While the price of many things are going up, I can’t believe that Tello’s service got even better (more data for the same price) a while ago! I love Tello and I hope the company stays in business for a long time!

I love Tello. It solved my communication problems at a great price. The packages give great flexibility and using Wi-Fi calling is a great option. Porting over my number was effortless once previous provider allowed me to unlock it. The eSim option worked well. Exceeds my expectations. Keeps me connected to friends, family, and all my accounts from all parts of the globe without the limitations of using voip.

Highly recommended. Purchased a plan for my daughter who was travelling to the US for a couple of weeks. Service worked flawlessly and was easy to get up and working. I was then able to transfer the esim for my brother to use for another couple of weeks. Altogether a very reliable service, with excellent pricing and features. Technically flawless process to activate the eSim and also to transfer it to another phone.

All in all a good and cheap phone no contract company…it does what it says… the only thing is if you take unlimited internet after a certain number of giga they take down the speed

I use this service for my alternate line, and even though it is a budget service, It by no means really is a budget service. I often times have better connectivity than the service I have with Visible. It may have something to do with tower location, I’m not sure, but I never have an issue. I really like the way I’m able to select exactly what I want for this line. Great idea for those that don’t necessarily need a lot of data.

I literally can't believe I found this company, really. I am so stoked but I have a bit of extreme anxiety for the simple fact that I have seen so many companies start out being awesome and just become a degenerate version of their selves after some time so I am hoping they keep it together for the long haul because I ticked all the boxes across the board to the max for everything from customer service to signal. Most cell phone providers are contract-based & expensive. I've been using Tello for a few years now and can honestly say the service (provided you have a compatible phone — you can check on their site) has been extremely reliable & you only pay for what you need. I'm able to have 3 lines and I pay less than $25 per month for all of them. And I can drop any of them at any time. I honestly recommend Tello over all other providers. I have been with several & this is the best.

Paying one third the price of my previous carrier who has a tv commercial on every minute of the day. Let someone else pay for their advertising. I wish I would have found out about Tello sooner. I'm even getting better wireless signal with no drop outs. Switch to Tello, you won't be sorry.

Today I had my first experience using Tello to get another number to use for business separate from my personal number and it was super easy to make a custom plan and activate it on my iPhone! I hit a small issue where I didn't disable my previous eSim and the customer support line via phone call was incredibly helpful. I was impressed and would recommend Tello.

The fee is exceptional. The ability to call from 40 or more countries, without extra fees Is an awesome value. The amount of roaming time is also substantial for the average user.

I was with Tello for a few years, but because my ISP was offering a cheaper rate if I bundled my internet and mobile, I left Tello for Spectrum. After having twisted my arm to move my mobile to Spectrum, they are now raising the price on both my internet and mobile services, so I am giddily moving back to Tello. I signed up with them on 9/13/25. What I am most happy with Tello is that they have an email through which you can communicate with them and it is marvelous how they reply so quickly and efficiently. Many corporations these days will not let you communicate with them via email and they make you wait for hours on the phone before they reply. It is total madness. They want your money, but they give you the least possible amount of customer service. Tello is on a league of its own. It's customer service is amazing. I have trouble hearing now as I am old and texting is also a challenge for me. I like communicating via email because I have a 75 inch computer screen, and I can see everything well. I can't say enough good things about Tello. Their plans and prices are good. Their website is very user friendly. They seem to delight in their customers' satisfaction instead of their customers' aggravation. I doubt any other organization can make that claim. Sometimes I have trouble with my phone's reception, but I have that problem with Spectrum as well, both mobile and internet (often in repair). I wish Tello would start an internet service. I would be the first to sign up, especially if they continue with the same quality service. And yes, Trustpilot, I am not paid to say any of these things. This is based on my real experience with Tello. I just wrote a blistering review about Home Depot posting product reviews from people given some sort of promotions. How honest could those reviews be? Maybe honesty is going out of style.
