It works

It works, it's reasonable, and consumers aren't the ones paying for the corp marketing campaigns. You pay for your service, that's it. I just recommended Tello to a friend after being a customer for several years. I found Tello a bit challenging when I transferred services. But that would have been true with any cross-company effort. Tello's customer service has been helpful and on the case anytime I've had a question, concern, or problem. I thought I'd write a review for Trustpilot, since I use this website in making purchase decisions.

Great company for an excellent price! While the big-name companies are out here price-gouging us unnecessarily, Tello and others have come along showing us how truly affordable cell phone service can be. I've never had cause to require customer service communication with Tello, but my husband and I have both been customers for years. We are pleased with the quality, ease of plan selection, price, simple billing and payment options, and the design of the website. Thanks for helping to make utilities great again, Tello!
