It took forever to get to a live person. I wanted to talk to someone about "your balance ha expired.' I couldn't solve the problem with the Tello options. I finally found a "help" phone number which gave me Maurice, WHO WAS WONDERFUL. (Other help numbers were useless.) He talked me through the solution in 10 minutes. (I had already spent 90 minutes of futility using your internet directions.) Quit thinking that your users have MS's in computer technology and think of your users as lay people. Jim Groetsch
