Julia went far beyond and above all of…

Julia went far beyond and above all of my hopes and expectations. - My old VOIP service provider (VOIPO) emailed all their clients on the 1st to advise everyone that they are closing their doors on August 6th! (creating a 4 day Emergency!) - I took time to determine that I should sign up with Tello.com instead of the sketchy VOIP service my old provider recommended. - Julie helped me optimize Tello settings and is currently trying diligently to port my 20+year old phone number to work on Tello. (Fingers Crossed!)

Streamlined service

Tello provides the (minimal) service I need at an appropriately minimal cost. I have needed to contact customer service several times, and was pleased with the experience. I highly recommend Tello.

Never any problems with coverage

Never any problems with coverage, calls clear and never cut out, and an unbeatable price. International roaming can get expensive but that happens with any carrier.
