I have been using Tello for many months and have found it fairly impressive compared to other services. The voice and data work well. However, the cost for international and roaming services is higher than that of most other service providers. It is suggested that you revisit these rates to see if you can lower the cost. This should give you an advantage over your competitors and expand your customer base well beyond the others. Your market share could explode! Food for thought!

I have had Tello for several years now. Excellent service. Never are without a good signal. Even in rural areas. Very simple process to port my old number over. Great prices. So glad I got away from Verizon with every month a price increase.

My service was automatically renewed and I did not need it it. I called to make sure it was cancelled and my money refunded. It was handled effectively and efficiently. Fernanda who was the service rep was great.
