Switching over was EZ. Cost is great. For ME the only negative trying to include my wife's phone at the same time. It does not seem as easy as it should be. She only uses for calls from me(LOL) @$8.00/mt is 1/3 of other phone comp plans.

The quality of service is excellent... clear calls without anoying drops, awesome customer service, flexible hassle free changes to service plan, ability to rollover unused minutes and data if plan is changed before the automatic renewal date and low manageble prices.
