I love Tello! I am a tourist visiting the USA between 2-4 times per year. At every visit I crank up data and calls to the max and when I leave I dial down to the bare minimum which allows me to keep my number for $5 per month. I always have good coverage.

Update: I called several times and finally got through today. I spoke with Johysee B. She was most helpful in remedies for me, of adding and switching phone numbers. She was very detailed and attentive and made everything clear on what I'd need to do. She also explained that they have been quite busy and that they are 24/7 (which I guess I wasn't aware). I am very excited AGAIN about Tello, and I would give her 10 stars if I could.♥ Thank you Johyse B Previously I felt no one had customer care anymore..... 11/3/2025:: (was 3 stars) I wanted to add a new number with them. I've been with tello for years and now they are beginning to suck! They are becoming like other companies and tell you that their lines are busy and so instead of letting you have the option to remain on hold, their system just hangs up on you. I guess that's what happens when companies do well nowadays. I'm very disappointed!

Tello is God's Gift to Cell Phone Users

To me, Tello is God's Gift to the USA. Every day, I hope that everyone in America will discover Tello and switch to it. Tello is Honesty, Generosity (NOT greedy as all others), Great Service, Great Support, Always available and easy to get Customer Service 24/7 without having to go through long prompts and having to wait for long periods of time to talk to someone. Right now I had an example of that when calling regarding an issue that was my fault. Immediately, Julia Infante answered and was as wonderful as all of the other Tello Agents I spoke with in the past. Absolutely no issues with language/heavy accents that create bad communication as with other companies, very well-mannered, extremely helpful, quick, knowledgeable, supportive and kind.
