I love you guys! Thank you for providing very affordable service and allowing me to have two phone numbers on my cell phone (my former landline and my cell phone number). I wish I could get better service out here in the country. It’s fine outside but once I go inside it gets sketchy. That has to do with the number of towers available and I don’t think you have anything to do with that. Oh, your customer service on the phone is friendly and prompt. Thanks again.

Cheap and reliable - must have carrier!

My family has been using Tello for over 2 years now (switched from T-mobile and ported our numbers), and we've recommended it to all our friends and relatives (and anyone else who is willing to listen). We love the flexibility of the plans, the extremely reasonable prices, and the reliability of the service. So glad we found Tello and highly, highly recommend it over the dominance of all the "big carriers." Our only suggestion to Tello is that there should be a way to effectuate a plan change in advance for the next billing cycle rather than having to wait until the day before the automatic plan renewal and remember to change the plan.

For small children without internet access

This phone was purchased for my grandson, who is nit allowed internet access. So this phone service is perfect for that. The service is reliable as well.

Took a chance and switched to Tello

Took a chance and switched to Tello, moving my phone number I've had for over a decade. It's been about a year now and I can say that I'm 100% satisfied. Coverage is good and you just can't beat the prices of the various plans. I've now switched my entire family to Tello. I would highly recommend. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Wife Loves Tello

I signed up my wife and she just loves the service. She seldom uses voice, so the unlimited texting really works for her. Thanks for the great service at a cost that would make even a miser happy.

Excellent service and quick activation

The process was pretty good as long as you have an account or create one. It worked quickly on an iphone. Very happy with the whole process. This is our 3rd line with Tello. I highly recommend it.

I've been with Tello for several years…

I've been with Tello for several years now. It's function is the same as much more expensive services. I am able to purchase only what I need. Since I have wifi available most of my day, I only pay for a little high speed service. I provide phones for my two kids, my MIL, and myself for around $50 per month. TOTAL for 4 lines! That is significant savings!
