What makes my experience great? I got this service for my daughter and I love the fact the she gets notifications when she's nearing the end of her time. I like the fact that, just incase, I can pay for extended time. I could also always change the plan on the phone. I love the affordability of each plan and the fact that that I can transfer my phone number over. It has overall been a wonderful experince.

Updates to a new plan are immediate

Updates to a new plan are immediate. I recently had to add more minutes to a family member's plan and the change was also immediately after the final click. No turning the phone off and back on. Love Tello!

Family plan

I have been with Tello for my own line for a few years. I recently went to the family plan to add a line for my wife. The addition was seamless. I have never had a disruption with Tello; and when I have occasion to call them the agent has been responsive and the result has been positive. To the best of my knowledge the pricing is the best available.

Fast, easy, and customizable phone plans

I needed a easy customizable plan for my daughter and came across Tello. Signing up was fast, and very easy. I ended up getting a second line for my youngest daughter as well. Service has been great, no issues at all with dropped calls or missing texts. You can bring your own phone too. With Tello, you can customize your plan for any amount of calling, texting, and data, which is perfect if you need more data for one line, but not as much for a second or third line. Tello is also no stings attached. No contracts, and easy to start a new line. It took less than 10 minutes, and my daughters’ phones were on, and making/receiving calls and texts! I highly recommend Tello!

Perfect for Seniors! Great price!

I got Tello for my senior mom who only uses a flip phone to call family and friends. It’s been a few years now and she has no complaints. And the cost, which I haven’t found cheaper with any other for unlimited calling has never gone up. All non data users would love Tello. Thank you Tello for providing exactly what my mom only needed without having to pay for data which she would never use.

For small children without internet access

This phone was purchased for my grandson, who is nit allowed internet access. So this phone service is perfect for that. The service is reliable as well.

Tello is the lowest priced telephone service you will find. My wife and I have been using it over six years. We pay $15.30 (including tax) for unlimited talk and text, plus 2GB data per month.

Took a chance and switched to Tello

Took a chance and switched to Tello, moving my phone number I've had for over a decade. It's been about a year now and I can say that I'm 100% satisfied. Coverage is good and you just can't beat the prices of the various plans. I've now switched my entire family to Tello. I would highly recommend. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Hoping that Tello is available forever!

My wife and I have been using Tello for over a year. The prior charge for the two of us sharing 1GB of data was about $86/month with AT&T. With Tello, we are EACH getting 1GB of data along with unlimited talk and text for $21/month. Since most of our data is at home on our wireless internet, the only month I have run out of data was when we were without power for 6 days after a hurricane passed by. I would HIGHLY recommend Tello to anyone that I know.

Inexpensive, and good customer service

Pretty much everyone in my family (myself included) has had issues when first setting up the phone with the new Tello sim card. Customer service is pretty helpful and sent us new sim cards. After that, I don't think I've had any major issues for the last two years I've used them. They cost a fraction of what most friends and family pay, and my service is reliable. For all that, I'd say it's worth the 5 stars I'm giving them. One thing to be aware of: don't listen to Tello when they say your phone works the same outside the US. I went to Australia thinking it would work just fine and I found out they only meant that my phone service works when connected to wifi. If you're traveling, you can't count on always having wifi access points when getting directions, calling if your rental car breaks down in the middle of nowhere, or finding restaurants near attractions you're visiting.
