I use these phones for my kids it's really nice that for $21 three kids have a phone and I can GPS track them because even with the smallest amount of data thing it'll run out quickly but just switches it to really slow internet so I can still track my kids I can still so comfortable letting them go and do things they're all in different sports and they carpool with different parents so there's a lot of reassurance for me that my kids are okay at a really affordable price beening using them since last school year.

I got Tello for my senior mom who only uses a flip phone to call family and friends. It’s been a few years now and she has no complaints. And the cost, which I haven’t found cheaper with any other for unlimited calling has never gone up. All non data users would love Tello. Thank you Tello for providing exactly what my mom only needed without having to pay for data which she would never use.

Tello is the lowest priced telephone service you will find. My wife and I have been using it over six years. We pay $15.30 (including tax) for unlimited talk and text, plus 2GB data per month.

Hoping that Tello is available forever!

My wife and I have been using Tello for over a year. The prior charge for the two of us sharing 1GB of data was about $86/month with AT&T. With Tello, we are EACH getting 1GB of data along with unlimited talk and text for $21/month. Since most of our data is at home on our wireless internet, the only month I have run out of data was when we were without power for 6 days after a hurricane passed by. I would HIGHLY recommend Tello to anyone that I know.

Inexpensive, and good customer service

Pretty much everyone in my family (myself included) has had issues when first setting up the phone with the new Tello sim card. Customer service is pretty helpful and sent us new sim cards. After that, I don't think I've had any major issues for the last two years I've used them. They cost a fraction of what most friends and family pay, and my service is reliable. For all that, I'd say it's worth the 5 stars I'm giving them. One thing to be aware of: don't listen to Tello when they say your phone works the same outside the US. I went to Australia thinking it would work just fine and I found out they only meant that my phone service works when connected to wifi. If you're traveling, you can't count on always having wifi access points when getting directions, calling if your rental car breaks down in the middle of nowhere, or finding restaurants near attractions you're visiting.

Moved 4 lines about a year ago. Solid service and prices that are the best. Great customer service too. Needless to say, I'm a fan.

Wife Loves Tello

I signed up my wife and she just loves the service. She seldom uses voice, so the unlimited texting really works for her. Thanks for the great service at a cost that would make even a miser happy.
