Give Julia a Raise

I lucked out, both times I called Tello and Julia answered. The first time was to answer all my questions about starting a family plan, where she was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. When i messed up the eSIM activation on one of my lines I called and Julia answered again, and resolved my issue in minutes. Super helpful, and I am super grateful

The best part of your customer service is the responsiveness. Verizon is hard to reach and when you do, they are unresponsive; not Tello. I think my trouble activating my phone on Tello was due to a failure in Verizon's cell towers and Tello might have realized that sooner. After a day of trying we succeeded, because Verizon's towers were awake again, I think.

I live on two continents

I live on two continents, so I routinely change my phone plan. Tello has enabled me to do this efficiently, easily, and very inexpensively. The service coverage while in the US is terrific, and while outside the US, the wifi calling / texting features work well. I am completely satisfied and recommend Tello to others.
