Excellent!

Tello's tech support was very helpful with two separate issues, and their prices plus the customizability of plans can't be beaten! For a mere $7 I can get unlimited text, 100 minutes of air time, and 2GB of data, which is all I need since I'm at home on the wifi all the time.

Almost perfect, but stuck with unwanted renewal date

Hubby Jim and I like almost everything about Tello -- especially the best price deal of the "unlimited everything" plan; However, Tello.com does not provide a process (unless there was a lack of understanding by a customer service rep of our request) to change the monthly renewal dates of our automatic payment plans. Hense, we are "stuck" with the unwanted dates as long as we want the service to continue.

Flawless Service

Used their service for a year or so now, Zero complaints. Perfect quality on calls etc. Cheap as it gets $12 a month.
