No interruption of service

My payment card was compromised and had to be replaced. Tello gave me time to replace the card without interrupting my service.

The rep

The rep, Maurice Pérez, was fantastic! He walked me through the entire procedure even with the original pSIM and handset gone. He waited until I installed the eSIM and made my first successful test call. I was so impressed that I will be adding additional lines from Tello!

Been using Tello for about a year now

Been using Tello for about a year now. There's nothing to complain about on this service. It's robust (T-Mobile's network is great where I live), plenty fast, and it's flexible - I can give everyone in my house the data they require, for way less money than the competition; I tell everyone to use it. Tello is that name that when you walk through a store and "that guy" from the mobile counter wants to "save you some money on your mobile phone plan" clams up when you say "I have Tello", and they know they can't beat it.
