Everything was fine until I found out the hard way that I needed another $20 for Pay as u go, for my 2nd line, even tho I signed up as a family plan, and my wife’s phone refused to connect to International Roaming! It would have been nice to know ahead of time that I needed $40 of Pay-As-U-Go just to have roaming for 2 lines!!….The $5 minimum is a joke and does NOT exist! I did not know this and not happy right now and looking for other options! I did NOT need $20 for a 2nd line!!!

I am a seasoned Tello customer who maintaining 2 phone lines with them. I also bought other communication products from them. Any time there was an issue (which is rare) their excellent customer support team responded quickly and resolved the issue quickly and very satisfactoryly. they acted professionally and with good knowledge and understanding of the problem at hand. I was always completely satisfied with their support!. Deserve AAA+++
