I love this provider

I love this provider! The service is much better than Verizon, which we paid outrageous fees for. Sure, sometimes there are a few seconds or minutes where you don't get service, but that happens a lot with the big carriers too! The price is amazing! I never run out of data. The company has been professional to work with. Always easy to reach and helpful to resolve out problems, which I haven't had any, just setting up the plan.

Kate was my rep, and she helped me. solve my problem. She was very patient with me, even though I was sometimes a little slow doing what she suggested. A great rep, and in my opinion, I think she deserves a raise!!!!!! She solved my problem for me, and the phone works perfectly now.
