I have been using Tello for many years now. I have never had a problem with their service. When I wanted to join a new phone years ago, it was a Google Pixel 5a5g, a new technology (5g) at the time, it was not an easy task getting the phone on 5g, we had no luck with the supplied SIM, we had to switch to an eSIM and that finally worked. My point here is the technician was patient, and worked with me as we sorted out the problem. Remember this is when 5g first became available. Great customer service, rate flexibility that always guarantees you the lowest cost and 100% reliable service for me. There is nothing else I could ask for from a mobile service provider. This review was not solicited, I felt I owed it to Tello after they have done such a great job for me.

Lost my phone abroad and had to get a new one. Encountered somme difficulties setting up the eSIM. Tello support team jumped on the issue quickly with an ensuing long back and forth to troubleshoot the issue where they were always prompt to answer. Their suggestions helped me solve the issue with a now working line. In short, quality and prompt support with professionalism.
