Generally Happy

I am generally happy with Tello for my mobile phone service. The price is 5 STARS easily. The coverage is an average 3 STARS. Living in a small city, the coverage is fine. Traveling along the interstate system is fine. But outside of cities and the major travel routes, the coverage is less than desired. Data is 3 STARS. I rarely use my allotted data usage from month to month. But this last month (NOV 2025) while on an extended road trip, I ran out of data with only 1-2 days left before my auto renewal. It would be nice if Tello banked at least some of the unused data from past months.

Convenient chat functionality and great customer support agent

Nicole is very nice and patient when helping me, and resolved the issue satisfactorily. I greatly appreciate the convenient online chat functionality and her excellent service! This surely helps to keep a loyal customer and I'll also share my positive experience with friends.
