I was pleased to receive the customer service required to port my Mint Mobile number to Tello. The representative was friendly and knowledgeable and got it done.

I use the system for data only via a cell number. Once up and going it has been seamless for several years and the cost is the lowest in the industry.

Tello has rewritten the rules about dealing fairly with customers.

The usual response from service companies like Tello is to keep the overpayment and deny any request for reimbursement. For Tello to immediately recognize that a refund was due and making adjustments to fairly address the problem is a new chapter in my personal dealings with service companies and I am very grateful for Tello's actions. I did not even have to request the action but instead Tello took the lead.
