Add Feature to Website for Plan Change Upon Renewal

Tello provide a wonderful cellular service and has a superb website, although there is one shortcoming that should be addressed by the company. For those customers that wish to change their plan they must wait until the day before the plan expires so they don’t lose prepaid value ($$). It would be much better if the website provided a feature that allowed the user to change the plan at any time but have the option of making the change effective on the next monthly renewal date. Other MVNO’s have that feature in their website customer interface. For Tello to continue to lead the industry it would be wise to add that feature as well. Tello please share this recommendation with your leadership. Thanks in advance for considering my feedback.
