What a wonderful experience with customer service.

When I called the customer service I was preparing myself to the usual run around I normally experience with other phone companies. To my surprise, I was answered by a live and pleasant rep whom I was very impressed with her clarity, knowledge, patience, and respect. She resolved my issue with step by step instructions and she made my day. Thank you a million Alejandra (I hope I spelled it right)

Great customer service from Julia!

We have had two Tello lines for the past few years, and the service has been great. Recently we were in Brazil had some trouble getting my wife's phone to recognize the American Tello number to make and receive US calls, so we called Tello customer service to see if they could help. We were very fortunate to have gotten Julia Infante on the line! She was very patient, knew exactly what to do to fix our complicated problem, and everything is good! She is a real professional, and was also very pleasant to talk to. Great job Julia!
