Recently I spoke with Julia in regards to questions about needing more memory for my phone, making folders for, and helping me to understand the differences that Tello provides internet service, and that memory and storage is separte from Tello. She provided me with excellent service especially since I am not tech savy. She took her time with me, showing great patience. She provided me with confidence to navigate my phone in areas that I have struggled with for a long time.
