I have used Tello for a couple years now. They have the best prices, and though I haven't needed much customer service (because everything works all the time, we've just added or removed phone numbers), what customer service I have experienced is great! I don't travel much, so I don't know about data service, but I still highly recommend Tello for your mobile needs!

Had been using this service for over 1 year. Especially useful for roaming over the world. Note: 1. Pay per use data in US is twice of the international roaming... 2. Pay per use credit needs to top up with min.20 usd every 3 mths. In general I love this Tello.
