My experience with Tello was absolutely terrific because of the exceptional customer service I received from Franco. Being in my 80's, technology is very much a challenge. I need a relaxed, patient voice on the other end to walk me thru the maze of windows required. Franco was everything and more. He was so patient. calm, and savvy.
