I want to give a big thank you to the customer service agent Belen who helped me today at Tello. She was extremely patient and kind, walking me through everything step-by-step on my phone. I’m not the fastest with technology, but she never made me feel rushed and stayed sweet and helpful the whole time. On top of the wonderful customer service, Tello’s plans are a fantastic deal. I have one of their plans and I’m paying very little for great coverage. I highly recommend Tello to anyone looking for an affordable phone plan with people who actually care about helping their customers.
