I rarely provide customer service reviews this exception is due to the exceptional service I have been provided by Tello during my two as a customer. My most recent example is when I called about an issue more related to my android device then my Tello phone service. It was irrelevant to Ms. Lara. She walked an under educated android user through several technical steps and we resolved the issue. With much gratitude to Ms. Lara and the business culture in Tello. Chris Raths

Great, but could be even better.

Great prices and customizable plans. You can chose exactly how much voice minutes and data you need per month. Unfortunately, it doesn’t support conditional call forwarding (no answer and busy). Also, adding WiFi calling would be a bonus since Sprint’s coverage is not the greatest in my area.

Took a week to get everything switched over. I think AT&T made it harder than it need...

Took a week to get everything switched over. I think AT&T made it harder than it needed to be. Advertisements do not reflect the amount of work needed to change services. Terminology is not always the same from on e provider to another. Tello wanted a PIN number, AT&T told me there was no PIN number. They called it something else.
