I got someone very helpful on the phone instead of a run a round with recordings and shunted to the web site….. thank you to be able to speak with a live person. I was in limbo with the switch from Verizon to Tello and the help I got from Tello was amazing. Clear and understandable person on the phone to talk me thru the steps to complete my switch to Tello

Was unable to change plan...kept getting message 'another form has been submitted for this site try later... Other than this one time glitch, everything has been perfect. UPDATE: Just to be clear, this was a one time problem. Tello has provided flawless service for me and my wife for years and is the best deal out there.
