Helpful customer service

I called Tello customer service for advice on how to manage a feature of my plan. The call agent was courteous, patient, kind, and very helpful. She also informed me that Tello customer service is available 24/7, 365 days a year. What's more, I didn't have to wait long in a calling queue to get my call answered. Low cost and great customer service make Tello a great company, on top of their actual great product-- which is excellent call clarity and terrific signal coverage which equals that of their much pricier competitors (whose customer service is lacking).

My first choice for phone service

Great rate for data and text for my phone. Only support call I needed in four years was short, easy to understand, and solved the problem. I highly recommend Tello and will continue to use it myself.
