A+++ Lighting Fast Service / Many Features

A+++. Ported my number from my old carrier into Tello.com in just 2 minutes after I placed the request online. TWO minutes. That's right. In 2 minutes I was ready to roll with Tello.com without doing anything to my phone which was able to recognize Tello and update the APN with ZERO input on my part. The visual voice mail from the old carrier stopped working, but a Tello rep asked to set up a different application, which is far more better than the old one from the old carrier because it provides FREE TRANSCRIPTS to all voice mails. For that service alone some carriers charge $3 / month. Got it FREE with Tello. Most important, I am quite happy with all the flexibility and features Tello offers, as compared to my old carrier: 1. Can use the same phone number when travelling outside the US. 2. Can use wifi to make and receive calls. 3. No yearly contract required. 4. Can adjust my plan anytime to exactly what I want. 5. FREE visual voice mail transcripts through an ap. FREE. This is a 21st century feature that only a few carriers provide. I did not not know Tello offers it, and I would have switched carriers only for this feature alone. It is mistake for Tello not to mention this great FREE feature in its web site. A lot people will switch to get FREE visual voice mail transcripts. Because of the above features Tello looks 21st century to me, and my old carrier 20th century. Quite happy with Tello.com

I just couldn't be happier, it doesn't get any better than this! Service quality is as good as those expensive ones, I just can't spot any difference at all, phone calls, text and internet always work perfect, I also loooove their app, they design it in a way that makes it very, very, veeeryyy easy to navigate and understand, no, you don't get lost in this app, whatever you're trying to do will be very easy. After all this years I feel happy and even proud to say that Tello has been so great that I haven't had the need to call their customer service line not even once since they don't create any trouble to their clients, no, don't expect any extra charges for nothing at any point, they don't play those stealing games. Today was the very first time I called customer service just to make a question that doesn't even has nothing to do with their services and just when I thought things couldn't get any better this representative named "Fernanda" took care of me in such a lovely, sweet, profecional and respectful way, she made everything so quick and easy. The only thing Tello needs is more advertising so more people can benefit from this great service at such a low price. This is a fully honest review, nobody paid me absolutely nothing for this review, I don't even know anybody at Tello, as a Christian man may God punish me in severe ways if am lying. 🙏 Thanks again for giving sooo much for so little. 👑🎯💯👍💪🔥

I was having some trouble setting up my new watch with my tello service but the customer service team was extremely persistent in helping me figure out what I needed to do to get it working! Their email communications were very detailed and easy to understand which made a somewhat difficult process (with the wear app) doable. Thanks again team for your continued support!
