The fee is exceptional. The ability to call from 40 or more countries, without extra fees Is an awesome value. The amount of roaming time is also substantial for the average user.

Why isn't EVERYONE using Tello?

Same exact cell service as I had with the major carrier, but for 1/4 or less of the price. I LOVE TELLO! Best and most knowledgable customer service in the universe!

Plus, their customer support is always human and always available with kindness and care, no runaround. Tello is easily my favorite carrier. Affordable, dependable, and genuinely customer-focused. If you’re thinking about switching, do it. You won’t regret it.
