True Flexibility

We appreciate the flexibility that Tello gives us. We have used Tello for years and don’t plan on changing. We like being able to change plans at any time. Truly a wonderful service!

I love Tello

I love Tello. I have had this plan for years, and the service has been consistent, excellent, and I pay with an auto payment, which they notify every month that the contract is renewing on that date, then again when the transaction was complete. Never had any complaints. Would. and have recommended to others.

Disappointed in billing cycle

Last year, we discovered that we were billed more than once a month. When I contacted customer support, they told me they bill every 30 days, not once a month. This resulted in one more payment; not 12 but 13 for the year. This has not happened before.
