Still loving Tello years later!

I switched to Tello years ago, and I’ve never looked back. The service has been consistently excellent with strong signal, no dropped calls, and reliable data wherever I go. It’s rare to find a carrier that stays this good over time, but Tello delivers. The pricing is unbeatable. I’m paying a fraction of what I used to, and I’m getting better service. Plus, their customer support is always human and always available with kindness and care, no runaround. Tello is easily my favorite carrier. Affordable, dependable, and genuinely customer-focused. Great service for US expats residing in Europe

As an Expat living in Italy, I have been using Tello now for several months, primarily to have a US phone number that I can use to receive sms/calls and to use the phone while I am traveling abroad. It was very easy to set the new phone number, prices are reasonable and the plans are quite flexible to accomdate different needs. Tonight I also had a positive experience with their customer service. They responded to my query within 30 minutes and resolved my question quickly. I highly recommend Tello!
