I’m a senior, and I just can’t say enough about the Tello, the kind and attentive ‘hands on’ customer support and service of the highest quality my husband and I have ever received, both with their products as well as their monthly cellphone service. Over the last 4 years we’ve experienced their commitment and dedication in providing some of the highest quality of uninterrupted services that we’ve ever had, always professional, but also with patience, warmth and kindness, always reassuring us that they are there to support us in every cellphone service and situation that may arise. Earlier today, after struggling online with the lack of internet capability, one of their competent technicians by the name of Andy couldn’t have been kinder or more patient as she walked me through by phone call, some changes I had chosen to make on my account. I don’t have a computer, but While speaking with her by phone, she had me pull up Tello’s website and spent the next 35 minutes so so very patiently assisting me, step by step, all the while reminding me to just take my time and not be too stressed. Oh my gosh, she made ALL the difference. I couldn’t thank her enough. All of these qualities I’ve described, plus many more have made my husband and I very grateful to have chosen Tello as our service provider, I very sincerely thank them for being there for us, we continue to tell friends and family members to certainly consider using them for all their cell and internet needs.

Best decision you’ll ever make

I switched to Tello four months ago, and it was the best decision I have made in such a long time. I spend most of my time at home. I was paying $120 a month for my phone bill and I was connected to Wi-Fi most of the time. Now I pay $11 a month saving $110 a month and I’m on a fixed income. Retired. Tello is better than five stars.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

While abroad

While abroad, I made a mistake of resetting my network settings. I called Tello for help and the agent painstakingly led me through resetting my PIN and reprovisioning my eSIM. I am so thankful! Fantastic service - thank you, Tello!
