It was easy to make the order. I wasn’t sure the best way to proceed as I’m helping someone who lost their phone so I called customer service. I was expecting a long hold but someone answered quickly and he was very helpful in advising me what to do and where in the website I could find what I needed.

I was having some trouble setting up my new watch with my tello service but the customer service team was extremely persistent in helping me figure out what I needed to do to get it working!
