The agent did an excellent job of answering questions and guiding me through the process of activating my cell phone.He was very knowledgeable and patient with his instructions with no issues with completing the activation. Thank you the service was appreciated.

Added Data Easily

I love Tello because we can add data when we run out and the graduated price/GB scale is entirely reasonable. Adding DATA was easy. I also appreciate the clients ability to share data even though I haven't used it yet. This is the way I would run a company: Give the customer options at a fair price and NOT try to coral them into something they don't want for too much money.

The price is unbeatable

The price is unbeatable, I don't even care that I use less than 1% of my data. Calls are reliable and with no problems that I can attribute to Tello when there's a bad connection. When I take a road trip once in a while there are no extra charges, but it would be nice to know what they would be if I traveled more often.
