Ported a phone over to go from $79/mo to $25/mo. It was easy once I got a porting code from my previous provider.

Calls to Tello always rate at least 5 stars! Johyse was very helpful and professional. It is always a surprise when customer service representive for large companies speak english clearly and correctly. I have been with Tello for a while and could not be happier. And the Black Friday Sale didn't hurt ether.
