Excellent price, just upgraded to the unlimited and my daughter is very happy. I just moved from one of the big mobile carriers which I was paying 5-3 times higher than I’m paying now, it was in that order so then I just cancelled the account. I found Tello on u-tube of all places .. go figure

Great service – simple, flexible, and user-friendly

Great service – simple, flexible, and user-friendly I really appreciate Tello for the simplicity of their plans and the ability to customize everything based on my needs. It’s the closest I’ve found to the prepaid offers I’m used to in Europe, which I really missed during my stay in the U.S. The coverage is very good by U.S. standards. I also had an issue with roaming while in Europe, and Tello’s support team helped me patiently until the problem was fully resolved. What I especially liked is that I was able to handle everything via email, which I personally prefer. I also value the option to suspend the number temporarily without losing it, and the fact that there are no cancellation periods — you can stop the service anytime. I’ve already recommended Tello to several friends, and they’ve been just as satisfied as I am.

I had forgotten to update my credit card while overseas. My service was disabled but ...

Best on-line service and Service Peovider !!!

I had forgotten to update my credit card while overseas. My service was disabled but I was able to re-activate and keep my number. The point - the whole process went smoothly, and no hiccups what so ever.
