Tello, please stay the way you are. You are perfect. No shenanigans, no price jacking, no hidden fees, and no need to debate with a customer service representative to close an account. This a type of company the country needs - honest and simple. I wish more people know about Tello. I have been using them for two years. If they stay like this, I'll happily use this for the rest of my life.

Tello service is straightforward, customer friendly and value for money. None of the all too frequent upsell push. Tello customers are enabled to dial-up or dial-down service to meet needs as they evolve. Tello's roaming service outside North America is less than great but there are e-SIM providers available to fill that gap.

Today, i was trying to activate my Tello SIM card. I called Tello customer service for help and I had great experience with the lady i talked to. She was very friendly and very helpful, teaching me how to make my phone service work. Thank you Tello! 👍👍
