Tello won’t transfer my old number…

Tello won’t transfer my old number over. And the customer service is NON EXISTENT. I have called, left messages, and emails with no contact back. So, leaving my initial review above. But updating to 4 Stars as Tello at least refunded me when they informed me they didn’t transfer over Alaskan phone numbers. Tello claims to never received my email (used form for help on website) nor received my voicemail (called number on website and left message). However, they were very quick to reach out to me after leaving a review and actually worked with me over the weekend.

My iphone suddenly needed service …

My iphone suddenly needs service while I’m traveling overseas, and the service folks asked me to make sure my Esim is backed up. I couldn’t find my original package, and Apple has no procedure for doing that. So, I contacted Tello via the app to find out what to do. They gave me crystal clear instruction via email within 30 minutes. Then, I saw in the procedure that I needed my security PIN, which I forgot long ago. I contacted them again in the app, and within minutes I got clear instructions to follow and I got a new PIN! Thanks to Dana and all the customer service team at Tello. I’m never disappointed.
