They are like night and day compared to att. It is no problem talking to a real person that is willing to help you. I am ecstatic about my new service!!! The person that helped me was very patient I am a great grampa not use to all this new tech that is happening. He said he will guide me thru everything to get me up and running and he did. I just couldn’t believe what he did for me.

Tello customers are enabled to dial-up or dial-down service to meet needs as they evolve. Tello's roaming service outside North America is less than great but there are e-SIM providers available to fill that gap.
