Tello is one of the best cell companies!

Tello has been, and remains one of the best cellphone companies out there. Hands down. I love that they're a no frills, straight-to-the-point and get stuff done without robbing-you-blind type of company. That alone speaks massive volumes for them, especially nowadays. I have quite a few of my family members and their families and friends now with Tello. If there were anything I'd ask them to offer would be the simple, big button phones for seniors. Other than that, keep don't what you're doing and thank you!

When I ported my number it was quickly accepted but I couldn’t get the phone to work at all. Without the use of the unusable phone, I needed to get help through their online service, a question and answer at a time. But they gave me the info to resolve the problem, a message at a time, and things worked out fine.
