I actually got to speak to a real person with no wait time. My issue was quickly and easily solved in very little time. A miracle in these days of customer disservice.

While traveling, my cellphone malfunctioned. I couldn’t make a call or text message and worst of sll my gps would not work. I called Apple, they reset my phone. It still didn’t work. I called up Tello. The Tello tech by the name of Belen patiently guided me for about an hour to get a new esim card on my phone.
