The ease to change plans and the perfect call quality courtesy of Tmobil for far less cash! Having a single line of cellphone to cost under $15 is a huge help to my budget and I even have international calling options if needed. Finally when I got a new NUU10 cellphone and put the Tello chip from the old too the new it simply worked. No hassles and my original Sim was available on Amazon to get me started.

Affordable Pricing

The prices of plans are amazingly affordable and the overview given on the app/site are very helpful. The website layout is easy enough to navigate where as the app seems to have less features/control but can still be pretty convenient (although adding more high speed within the app would be pretty nice). Only thing I have an issue with is not having the option to renew your subscription ahead of time. It's not much of an issue as I don't normally use a lot of my high speed in my unlimited plan, but I would like to have to option to renew before the expected date as it would be very useful for vacations or road trips when you run out of high speed and have no access to a public WiFi network. I do enjoy having unlimited but sometimes the slower speed makes it impossible, or at least more difficult, to use even the Tello website when trying to simply add more high speed data.

Never a problem with reception or anything else for that matter. Appreciate the various options available for service and the prices are very reasonable. I just added an additional line to my account.
