We have been with Tello for a number of years. There options to choose specific options for number of calls, texts and data limits makes it easy to create a plan that meets our needs at an exceptionally good value.

Best customer service and their app is pretty intuitive. I ditched ultramobile for them because of nonexistent customer service. Highly recommend if you spend a lot of time abroad.

Love the flexibility

Love the flexibility. The app is easy to use. Due to my travel schedule, I need flexibility in my package (frequent changes due to extended travel abroad) and Tello gives me that flexibility. Would appreciate if (a) the lowest package was closer to zero (basically not used for a period of time when abroad), and (b) prorate at the time of changing plans (don’t lose previous $$ credit just because I change part way through the cycle).
