I had numerous questions to ask the Tello representative at customer service

I had numerous questions to ask the representative about international roaming to Canada and wireless calling when outside of the USA. The rep, was 110% helpful, knowledgeable and friendly and patient. She also showed me how to change the settings on my Iphone to accomplish these goals. I could not have been more satisfied. I like being a Tello customer.

I had forgotten to update my credit card while overseas. My service was disabled but I was able to re-activate and keep my number. The point - the whole process went smoothly, and no hiccups what so ever.

Tello always stay consistent in customer service, small increase in price and very few drop calls. I will stay with this wonderful company. I would recommend it.
