The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5…

Very good product, with flexible plan options and great quality. I especially appreciate the calling app, which solves the issue of poor call quality caused by weak carrier signal. Calls made through the Tello app are very clear. Also, Tello’s choice of a blue-themed design is very pleasant to look at. The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because Tello tends to suspend accounts too easily, often without sufficient reason, and once an account is suspended, there is no way to appeal or recover it. This is the only downside so far.

I'm happy with the phones and service

I'm happy with the phones and the deal I got from the company. I wanted good smartphones that did the basics, and the site recommended just what I needed. Speaking with the service team helped me get exactly what I wanted. The only reason not to give 5 stars is the fact that I had to separately claim for the offered cash back deal, rather than it being automatic, and this info wasn't stated anywhere.

We have been with Tello for almost 2…

We have been with Tello for almost 2 years now. The pros: we haven't had any service interruptions and I can email support and not be stuck on the phone all day. I have as good of coverage as I did with AT&T. Cons: sometimes the data does not penetrate into certain buildings where I had coverage before and the unlimited plan is not really unlimited. I thought it was supposed to just slow down at certain limit, but we were charged for 1 GB of data on the unlimited plan.
