Tello service can't be beat

I spoke with two reps, Sebastian and Andy, and both were knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. I needed to move my eSim back to my old phone but could not through the self service. Sebastian generated a new eSim for me and gave me clear instructions on how to proceed before we disconnected the call. Unfortunately, I didn't follow the instructions (ROFL) and to make a long story short, I ended up deleting ALL the sims on my phone including the new request. I called back and spoke to Andy, and she regenerated the eSim again for me and cleaned up my mess. Now I have the eSim working on the correct phone. I have been with Tello for years now, and it's just solid phone service for a good price and 24/7 customer support that can't be beat. Worth every penny.
