Porting In A Number

I called for help with my number transfer. The website was not very clear so I needed to talk to someone. I was quickly connected to Lucas and he explained the reason for the issues and walked my through all the steps to activated my eSIM and then complete my transfer. All of it over one phone call. Thank you Lucas!

I called 3 times- Got Lucas the last time and He's the Best!!

I called 3 times. The first time I called the fellow hung up accidently before I got my new number so my phone wouldn't work at all! I borrowed a phone and called again. This lady gave me the new phone number but didn't walk me through how to get it working on my phone. I asked her if there was anything else I needed to do and she said 'No'. Then I called using my friends phone one last time and Lucas answered. He needs to be in charge of teaching everyone how to handle changing a phone number. He is an Excellent customer service angel and helped me with the entire setup as well as, answered all my questions. I was able to receive and make calls after help with Lucas but not with the other two people. Thank you Lucas for helping me change my number and getting it to work. I had a scammer and I couldn't keep my old number. Blessings from Houston!
