I enjoyed speaking with my last tello rep who helped me to up my plan fir 2 lines. She made it so easy that even I couldn't screw it up. Many thanks for your great customer service and a great pgone company .

The human touch

Very knowledgeable, patient and truly listen to what my issues were. She took the time to help walk me through everything. From confirming account details and waiting while my slow wifi logged on to my email. Explain what happened with a sim purchased and resolved the mess I made. This why live people matter and it was truly wonderful and reassuring to have someone like this take my call and provide stellar customer service.. thank you

Tello is affordable and dependable

I bought Tello so that I could call forward my previous land line to my cell phone and still receive the phone calls. The service has been consistent! The one time I needed technical support they understood my challenged and walked me through the fix! I highly recommend Tello to my friends who want good phone service at an affordable price.
