We have been with Tello for almost 2…

We have been with Tello for almost 2 years now. The pros: we haven't had any service interruptions and I can email support and not be stuck on the phone all day. I have as good of coverage as I did with AT&T. Cons: sometimes the data does not penetrate into certain buildings where I had coverage before and the unlimited plan is not really unlimited. I thought it was supposed to just slow down at certain limit, but we were charged for 1 GB of data on the unlimited plan.

I am a senior who still uses a flip phone - rather infrequently. BUT - I do need one for obvious reasons. Tello is so reliable and the single best value. In my opinion, there is no competition.
