Great customer service!

Good experience but when a customer upgrades, let us know that we need to call in to customer service to have them reset our account from Tello. I’ve noticed when I upgraded from a cheaper plan to the unlimited plan, I didn’t see the full changes until I called in for a reset of my Tello account. All was great afterwards! Good service at an affordable price! Great customer service too!!

While traveling lost cell phone service

While traveling, my cellphone malfunctioned. I couldn’t make a call or text message and worst of sll my gps would not work. I called Apple, they reset my phone. It still didn’t work. I called up Tello. The Tello tech by the name of Belen patiently guided me for about an hour to get a new esim card on my phone.
