Tello customer service rep Sebastian was very knowledgeable, patient and courteous. He listened to my issue, offered multiple solutions and guided me through each resolution step. Excellent customer service!

I had numerous questions to ask the Tello representative at customer service

I had numerous questions to ask the representative about international roaming to Canada and wireless calling when outside of the USA. The rep, was 110% helpful, knowledgeable and friendly and patient. She also showed me how to change the settings on my Iphone to accomplish these goals. I could not have been more satisfied. I like being a Tello customer.

Traveling abroad

I'm currently traveling outside the country and I needed to find a replacement for Skype since they were shutting down. Tello has turned out to be the perfect replacement for Skype. The service is great and the prices are right. Give them a chance. You won't be sorry.
