I accidentally started a new account…

I accidentally started a new account (after my BofA debit card changed) Then my Tello phone went down. The young woman that just helped me was super sharp and knew exactly how to fix it -- and was wonderful walking me through it. Thank you so much! Tello has been exceptional in its service and reliability. To the best of my recollection, we have never had a dropped call, or any problem at all since we began using Tello, and the cost is low.
