Luciana was so helpful courteous

Luciana was so helpful courteous. I was having a lot of issues with my previous carrier trying to port into Tello. She listened patiently, reached out to higher level management. She really went above and beyond to make sure she was able to resolve all my concerns (which stemmed from my previous carrier). I was so impressed that I asked her how I can give feedback because she deserves to be recognized. I would recommend Tello because from the smaller companies which offer affordable plans, Tello stands out for customer service.

I was with you once before

I was with you once before. Then, the experience was not great- too few gb of data to use. Now, you are on par with other companies in the amount of data available, and my experience with you has noticably improved.

I can't believe everybody doesn't have…

I can't believe everybody doesn't have tello . There's no contract ,the service is great customer service is awesome and no better deal out there . 25$ unlimited talk text and data . What do you have to loose you can keep your number and you can keep your phone so what are you waiting for ? I've never had any problems with signal no matter where I've been .
