Tello Staff - They Just Help

Wow Factor! Over a few days, Alison Claros, and other fantastic Tello staff worked to track down what I did to confuse myself ( and them a bit). The short story. I bought a sim, installed - it got a number - and at the same time ported ( err, moved) my old number to them. Somehow, I set my ported number up to be an esim - and worse - used my library email. OMG... What did they do? Well, patiently tracked down my convoluted path and got me connected ( ha!) with my number . I was ready to give up, they said we'll help. They did. Yes, wow Factor.

My service was automatically renewed…

My service was automatically renewed and I did not need it it. I called to make sure it was cancelled and my money refunded. It was handled effectively and efficiently. Fernanda who was the service rep was great.

Data is inconsistent but that's it

Data is horrible. I was within 100 feet of a tower and it could not load a 144p youtube video. Super slow no matter where you are. It's cheap tho ig. However customers service is incredible as well as great price.
