They respond to emails in about 30 minutes no matter what time it is and they understand when mistakes are made so they compensate, they don't try to steal people's money. Their services are also very satisfactory at a low cost and have a lot of benefits. In Greece the cost for such benefits is three times higher. I have been a total customer for several years now and I've enjoyed it.... I use my second phone as a backup for like a dictionary or encyclopedia.. and I find having a second phone number in line very handy been very pleased with Tellos services
