Very easy to set up and buy. Works great. Price is too good to be true. I get enough data for my needs. One third as much as I was paying before switching.

Genuinely helpful customer support

Customer service is prompt, and unfailingly polite and helpful. The "worst" experience I ever had over several years was simply calling at a time/day when I couldn't immediately connect with an agent and so got voicemail instead. Every other time, they sorted out my issue/misunderstanding/whatever with no fuss. It's a serious relief to know that customer support isn't going to be a waste of time, stressful, or fail to resolve problems.

The website as fast and responsive and everything I needed such as porting and plan switching was easy to find and use. I ordered a 25$/month unlimited plan and ported over my old number in 20 minutes all online. Love the service I now have two lines!
