I still do not have a phone

I had to change the review. Tello has the best customer service and I am keeping 1 line of service with them because of this. I had to go to a competitor because they offered me a better phone with the more data and unlimited talk and text. I really like Tello though. Thank you

Highly recommended. Purchased a plan for my daughter who was travelling to the US for a couple of weeks. Service worked flawlessly and was easy to get up and working. I was then able to transfer the esim for my brother to use for another couple of weeks. Altogether a very reliable service, with excellent pricing and features. Technically flawless process to activate the eSim and also to transfer it to another phone.

Best phone service!

Most cell phone providers are contract-based & expensive. I've been using Tello for a few years now and can honestly say the service (provided you have a compatible phone — you can check on their site) has been extremely reliable & you only pay for what you need. I'm able to have 3 lines and I pay less than $25 per month for all of them. And I can drop any of them at any time. I honestly recommend Tello over all other providers. I have been with several & this is the best.
