Tello is suitable for us

We do not use much data search and phone calls, so Tello is what we wanted. If we sometime need more data and phone call time, Tello is flexible to change current plan.

I'm really happy with Julia She Answered all my questions and help me change my due date as requested. She was quick and provided all the necessary answers and help me log into the mobile app as well. I had no idea that for the mobile app you need a 1-time code instead of the main password use only for the website even though is stated at the bottom. Plus, she did not ask for a Survey I asked her to send the survey because of how many answers she gave me and how patient she was. Additionally, she shows me how to use the chat and tells me is only available when the lines are congested.
