We received live great customer service from Maurice. He's courteous, professional, and friendly, and we got the result we wanted, which was getting a desired phone number ported into a new phone we purchased from Tello. Thank you, Maurice. I'll add that the new phone is a refurbished Samsung A14. I was hesitant about buying a refurbished phone, but it works great, and I would recommend it. Tello makes excellent phone service affordable again, yay!

Tello has been a my wireless provider for over 7 years. Their service, at minimum, has be equivalent to the previous provider which I had for over 15 years and paid 10x's more for. A quality company with quality service. Two thumbs way up! Thank you Tello

Mishelli was friendly and HELPED me-though I still don't know the CAUSE of my service disruption-I had no gmail the next day on my TELLO device -it took me 45 minutes tpf angst to fix this-I am 67-but would have been lost without Mishelli's help-in BOTH spanish AND english!! Gracias a DIOS!
