Great service for US expats residing in Europe

As an Expat living in Italy, I have been using Tello now for several months, primarily to have a US phone number that I can use to receive sms/calls and to use the phone while I am traveling abroad. It was very easy to set the new phone number, prices are reasonable and the plans are quite flexible to accomdate different needs.
