The only reason it's not 5 stars is because the payment process is a little funky. You can't just click a button and pay, you have to have your card on file and wait for it to auto pay, I would rather be able to click a button and pay immediately and see my receipt rather than wait for it to do it itself . That's just my opinion. Everything else is great ! Love the coverage, no complaints on anything else . Great price, too!

While abroad, I made a mistake of resetting my network settings. I called Tello for help and the agent painstakingly led me through resetting my PIN and reprovisioning my eSIM. I am so thankful! Fantastic service - thank you, Tello!
