Service is reliable and affordable. No hidden fees nor unexpected price hikes. Plans are customizable, so you're only paying for what you need. I've been with Tello for years, and I'm very happy with my experience.

High quality service for voice/text and data. I like to be able to change my data cap up and down according to use, and Tello lets me do this easily, on the fly. They have an excellent web site that is simple and straightforward. I wish my data use could be monitored more up-to-the-minute (it updates "within 24h") but this is a minor issue and I figure it has to do with technical limitations that are beyond Tello's control. 5 stars overall, highly recommended.
