I have found TELLO to be a great alternative to the higher priced alternatives. I’m retired and home a lot so don’t need much data. I think I’ve had TELLO now for 6 Or 7 years. Perfect solution, very reliable and good coverage.

Great service – simple, flexible, and user-friendly

Great service – simple, flexible, and user-friendly I really appreciate Tello for the simplicity of their plans and the ability to customize everything based on my needs. It’s the closest I’ve found to the prepaid offers I’m used to in Europe, which I really missed during my stay in the U.S. The coverage is very good by U.S. standards. I also had an issue with roaming while in Europe, and Tello’s support team helped me patiently until the problem was fully resolved. What I especially liked is that I was able to handle everything via email, which I personally prefer. I also value the option to suspend the number temporarily without losing it, and the fact that there are no cancellation periods — you can stop the service anytime. I’ve already recommended Tello to several friends, and they’ve been just as satisfied as I am.

My sister is not tech-savvy and threw…

My sister is not tech-savvy and threw away her SIM activation code when she received her new Tello number. I thought I would need to buy another SIM card, since I couldn’t activate that one. I was reluctant to contact the support team by email because I needed to solve the issue as soon as possible, but I gave it a try anyway. To my surprise, I got a super fast response with detailed, step-by-step instructions from the support team, which helped me solve the problem and saved me from buying another SIM card/plan. This is the second time I've ever needed support from Tello, and I can honestly say they’re excellent in that area. Daniella, Olivia, Estella — thank you for your kind responses and proactiveness. You made my day better!
